Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Quantity Surveyor

to support our growing construction and joinery business. The role will involve

working across a range of residential and joinery projects, assisting with cost

management, pricing and project financial control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (construction/Joinery experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of estimating, cost planning, and procurement
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience with pricing jobs and managing budgets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Own transport preferred
